Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026. Plain words, because the service is simple: a free editor that runs on your device.
The service
Cutmallow (https://cutmallow.pages.dev) is a free video editor that runs in your web browser. You can use it without an account. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Your videos stay yours
Your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You keep every right to what you make. We do not claim any license to your content, and Cutmallow never adds a watermark.
Using it fairly
- Only edit material you have the right to use.
- Do not use Cutmallow to make content that is illegal where you live or publish it.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, or copy it in a way that breaks its open-source licenses.
No warranty
Cutmallow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browsers and devices differ, and an export can fail or look different from the preview. Keep your original files.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, lost profits or any indirect damage that comes from using or not being able to use Cutmallow. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.
Open-source parts
Cutmallow is built with open-source software and openly licensed media. Their licenses and credits are listed in the third-party licenses.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Cutmallow after a change means you accept the new terms. The privacy page explains what data the site handles.
